ARTICLE 8 - EXPULSION, VACATION, RESIGNATION OF COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

A member of the Executive Committee shall cease to hold office in the event that he / she:

becomes bankrupt of insolvent and such bankruptcy and insolvency has been established; or has been absent without leave of the executive council from 2 consecutive meetings without appointing a proper representative, the Body of Members of the association may revoke the appointment of any member of the Executive Committee at any time if the majority of the registered members deem that such member of the Executive Committee is unfit to continue in office or incapable of performing his duties.

An Executive Committee member may resign from his appointment at any time by giving three months to the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association.

In the event of a vacancy resulting from the resignation / vacation of the Executive Committee Chairman, the remaining members of the Executive Committee shall appoint another member of the Executive Committee as new Chairman.
